Governor Tere Jiménez has announced the construction of a new shopping mall in the east of Aguascalientes. This mall will be strategically located near the Real de Haciendas, Haciendas de Aguascalientes, and Real del Sol subdivisions, providing convenient access for residents.
The mall will feature 26 commercial premises offering a wide variety of products and services, including restaurants, a gym, and a pharmacy. This development is expected to play a key role in the economic and social growth of the area.
One of the significant highlights of this project is the creation of 300 direct jobs, with a focus on hiring local residents. This initiative aims to strengthen the local economy and foster a sense of community.
The new shopping mall is set to open in the second half of 2025, adding to the seven malls already operated by Red Inmobiliaria Siglo XXI in various parts of the city. The developers have expressed their confidence in Aguascalientes as a safe and prosperous location for their projects.
Governor Tere Jiménez emphasized the importance of this investment for the eastern part of the city. “We are paying special attention to improving the quality of life for residents in the east of the city. We are pleased that investments are coming to this sector and that companies are contributing to its economic and social development,” she stated.
