The Governor of Aguascalientes, Tere Jiménez, continued her working agenda in California, where she presented the state’s competitive advantages to business leaders and state officials, with the aim of promoting new investments, expanding trade, and consolidating collaborative projects.
As part of her activities, she participated in a seminar organized by the California Chamber of Commerce, where she highlighted the strengths that have positioned Aguascalientes as one of the most attractive destinations for investment and business development.
Addressing business leaders and representatives from the productive sector, she emphasized that the state boasts a strategic location, world-class infrastructure, security, labor stability, and a highly skilled workforce—conditions that strengthen supply chains between Mexico and the United States and generate new opportunities for economic growth.
Tere Jiménez stressed that the close trade relationship with the United States represents an opportunity to continue expanding markets, attracting investment, and creating more jobs for families in Aguascalientes.
As part of this agenda, she also met with California Senator Monique Limón, President pro tempore of the Senate, to discuss strategic issues related to education, innovation, economic development, trade, and the exchange of best practices in government.
During the meeting, the governor emphasized the potential for strengthening collaboration with California to the benefit of both regions.
With these actions, the State Government continues to promote Aguascalientes’ international presence and strengthen strategic alliances that contribute to the state’s competitiveness, innovation, and economic development.
